01 — ABOUT
I started with the body. Then I built a business around it.
Venezuelan-born, Porto-based. I spent years in the mobility industry, and more than 20 in fitness and nutrition as an ISSA-certified personal trainer. That second part taught me to read every label.
The habit became Mindful Crumb, a protein brand with nothing artificial in it. Building it taught me everything else: brand, online stores, software, and the automation that lets a small team work like a big one.
Now I build the same for other companies. Leirós Consulting, CONCEPTi and GadgetGeeks Pro all run on work I designed, from the website to the payroll.

I'm an ISSA-certified personal trainer, and I study how the body works. It starts with what you feed it. Your gut is your second brain: what you eat changes how you think, how you sleep and how you perform.
